1. Definitions 

1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following terms are used unless expressly stated otherwise: 

1. "Japanese Head Spa" means the company providing services in the field of head massages and related treatments; 
2. "Customer": the person who makes an appointment for treatment at Japanese Head Spa; 
3. "Treatment" means the service offered by Japanese Head Spa, including head massages and related treatments; d. "Appointment" means the appointment made by the Customer for a Treatment at Japanese Head Spa.
4. Appointment 

2.1 The Customer can make an appointment for a Treatment at Japanese Head Spa through the website, by telephone or in person at the establishment. 

2.2 If the Customer wishes to change or cancel the appointment, they must do so at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. In case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the appointment, Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to charge 30% of the Treatment. 

2.3 If the Customer fails to appear for the appointment without canceling or rescheduling it, Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to charge the full amount of the Treatment. No money will be refunded for appointment cancellations, but the Customer will receive a gift card worth the amount paid.

3. Payment 

3.1 The Client must make full payment for the Treatment prior to treatment. 

3.2 Payment can be made by pin, credit card or cash.

 3.3 If the Client has not yet paid or has only paid a deposit, in case of a no-show, 30% of the amount of the Treatment will be charged or the deposit will be kept.

4. Liability 

4.1 Japanese Head Spa shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Customer as a result of any act or omission of Japanese Head Spa, except in case of intentional or gross negligence of Japanese Head Spa. 

4.2 The Customer shall be liable for any damage caused by him to the property of Japanese Head Spa.

5. Warranties 5.1 Japanese Head Spa warrants that the Treatment will be performed by skilled and qualified professionals. 5.2 Japanese Head Spa warrants that the products and materials used are of good quality and suitable for the Treatment.
6. Dispute Resolution 6.1 Disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be discussed between the Customer and Japanese Head Spa in the first instance to reach a resolution. 6.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiated
7. Applicable Law 

7.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

8. Changes 

8.1 Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. 

8.2 Changes to these general terms and conditions will be effective from the time they are published on Japanese Head Spa's website.

9. Cancellations and Refunds 

9.1 If the Customer has made an appointment, made payment and cancels the appointment within 14 days of making the appointment, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund. 

9.2 If the Customer cancels an appointment outside the period of 14 days after making the appointment, Japanese Head Spa will not refund any money, but will instead give a gift card worth the amount paid. 

9.3 Refunds or gift cards will only be issued for cancellations and requests made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
