ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN JAPANESE HEAD SPA

  1. Definitions 

1.1 In deze algemene voorwaarden worden de volgende termen gebruikt, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders vermeld: 

  1. "Japanese Head Spa" betekent het bedrijf dat diensten verleent op het gebied van hoofdmassages en aanverwante behandelingen.
  2. "Klant": de persoon die een afspraak maakt voor een behandeling bij Japanese Head Spa. 
  3. "Behandeling" betekent de dienst die wordt aangeboden door Japanese Head Spa, waaronder hoofdmassages en aanverwante behandelingen. "Afspraak" betekent de afspraak die door de Klant wordt gemaakt voor een Behandeling bij Japanese Head Spa.
  4. Afspraak 

2.1 De Klant kan een afspraak maken voor een Behandeling bij Japanese Head Spa via de website, telefonisch of persoonlijk in de salon.

2.2 Als de Klant de afspraak wil wijzigen of annuleren, moet dit minstens 24 uur voor de afspraak worden gedaan. Bij annulering binnen 24 uur vóór de afspraak behoudt Japanese Head Spa zich het recht voor 30% van de kosten van de Behandeling in rekening te brengen. 

2.3 Als de Klant niet op de afspraak verschijnt zonder deze te annuleren of te verzetten, behoudt Japanese Head Spa zich het recht voor het volledige bedrag van de Behandeling in rekening te brengen. Er wordt geen geld terugbetaald bij annuleringen van afspraken, maar de Klant ontvangt een cadeaubon ter waarde van het betaalde bedrag.

  1. Payment 

3.1 De Klant moet de volledige betaling voor de Behandeling voldoen vóór aanvang van de behandeling.

3.2 Betaling kan worden gedaan via pin, creditcard of contant.

 3.3 Als de Klant nog niet heeft betaald of slechts een aanbetaling heeft gedaan, wordt bij niet-opkomst 30% van het bedrag van de Behandeling in rekening gebracht of wordt de aanbetaling behouden.

  1. Liability 

4.1 Japanese Head Spa is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die de Klant lijdt als gevolg van enige handeling of nalatigheid van Japanese Head Spa, behalve in geval van opzet of grove nalatigheid van Japanese Head Spa.

4.2 De Klant is aansprakelijk voor alle schade die hij aan de eigendommen van Japanese Head Spa veroorzaakt.

  1. 5. Garanties 5.1 Japanese Head Spa garandeert dat de Behandeling wordt uitgevoerd door bekwame en gekwalificeerde professionals. 5.2 Japanese Head Spa garandeert dat de gebruikte producten en materialen van goede kwaliteit zijn en geschikt voor de Behandeling.
  2. ChatGPT zei: 6. Geschillenbeslechting 6.1 Geschillen die voortvloeien uit of verband houden met deze Algemene Voorwaarden, worden in eerste instantie besproken tussen de Klant en Japanese Head Spa om tot een oplossing te komen. 6.2 Als het geschil niet door onderhandeling kan worden opgelost
  3. 7. Toepasselijk recht 

7.1 Op deze Algemene Voorwaarden is het recht van Nederland van toepassing.

  1. 8. Wijzigingen

8.1 Japanese Head Spa behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden te allen tijde te wijzigen.

8.2 Wijzigingen in deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van kracht vanaf het moment dat ze op de website van Japanese Head Spa worden gepubliceerd.

  1. 9. Annuleringen en terugbetalingen

9.1 Als de Klant een afspraak heeft gemaakt, betaald heeft en de afspraak binnen 14 dagen na het maken van de afspraak annuleert, heeft de Klant recht op volledige terugbetaling.

9.2 Als de Klant een afspraak annuleert buiten de periode van 14 dagen na het maken van de afspraak, zal Japanese Head Spa geen geld terugbetalen, maar een cadeaubon ter waarde van het betaalde bedrag geven. 

9.3 Terugbetalingen of cadeaubonnen worden alleen verstrekt voor annuleringen en verzoeken die in overeenstemming met deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn gedaan.

10. Giftcards

10.1 Na aankoop wordt de giftcard direct digitaal per e-mail geleverd.

10.2 Een giftcard is één (1) jaar geldig vanaf de aankoopdatum, tenzij op de giftcard uitdrukkelijk anders staat vermeld.

10.3 Bij aankoop wordt de vouchercode direct geactiveerd en kan deze meteen worden gebruikt. Om deze reden kunnen giftcards niet worden geretourneerd of terugbetaald.

10.4 Een giftcard kan uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor het boeken van behandelingen bij Japanese Head Spa en kan niet worden ingewisseld voor contant geld.

10.5 Als een afspraak die met een giftcard is betaald wordt geannuleerd overeenkomstig deze voorwaarden, blijft het resterende saldo van de giftcard beschikbaar binnen de geldigheidsperiode.

10.6 Na afloop van de geldigheidsperiode vervalt eventuele resterende waarde op de giftcard.
